  • 1/4 Cup Pizza Sauce (Prego Lower Sodium Traditional Italian Sauce, 23.5 oz)

  • Cherry Tomatos

  • Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

  • Sprinkle of Great Value Italian Style Panko Bread Crumbs

  • Chosen Foods Avocado Oil Non-Stick Cooking Spray

  • Mini Pepperoni

  • Mushrooms

  • Black Olives

  • Green Olives

  • Canadian Bacon Bits

  • Pinneaple

  • Ham

STEPS

  • A LITTLE PREP: Wash outside the truck with a bottle of water, three small to medium size zucchinis. Get out your cutting board and cut the zucchini lengthwise.

  • Scoop the middle portion out with a spoon.

  • Spray the zucchini lightly with olive oil spray.
